This axle box undertakes wheel set load bearing, bearing positioning, vibration buffering and flexible wheel rotation guidance. It perfectly matches SAINEER powered bogies, trailing bogies, driving wheelsets and idle wheelsets, widely applied to diesel locomotives, electric locomotives, new energy battery shunting locomotives and industrial rail flat wagons.

Made of high-strength HT250 integral cast iron, the axle box features dense internal structure, strong impact resistance and anti-fatigue performance. After aging treatment, precision CNC machining and 100% non-destructive testing, the housing keeps stable dimension under long-term heavy-load operation and avoids crack or deformation.
