The internal structures of the axle gearboxes produced by our company are similar, and their disassembly and assembly procedures are basically identical. Before disassembly for maintenance, all lubricating oil must be completely drained. Prior to reassembly, all components must be thoroughly cleaned. During assembly, the inner ring of the bearing must fit tightly against the shaft shoulder, and a 0.5 mm feeler gauge must not be able to pass through. Additionally, the gear meshing clearance must strictly comply with the manufacturer's specifications.
