Saineer SWL & JWM worm screw jacks are self-developed linear lifting transmission units adopting worm & worm wheel driving structure, converting rotary motion into vertical linear lifting movement. This series is divided into SWL ball screw type and JWM trapezoidal acme screw type to cover full working conditions from high-speed frequent lifting to heavy-load static positioning.

Support single-unit independent operation or multi-jack synchronous linkage matched with steering gear units and helical reducers, widely used for height adjustment, lifting, pushing and flipping of industrial equipment. All casting housings, worm tooth profiles, screw thread processing and sealing structures are proprietary independent design without copying external brand appearance or internal components.

1. Built-In Self-Locking Safety Function

JWM trapezoidal screw realizes mechanical self-locking under load, no extra brake required to prevent accidental falling; SWL ball screw optional brake motor for stable positioning, higher safety for lifting equipment.

Rigid cast iron shell with reinforcing ribs, good shock resistance and heat dissipation; multiple mounting bases, top screw caps, flanged connection forms for flexible installation layout.

Support manual hand crank, three-phase motor, servo motor, hydraulic drive input; customizable screw stroke, protective cover, anti-corrosion coating, travel limit switch, synchronous linkage control system.

6. Multi-Point Synchronous Lifting System

Can be combined with T series steering gearbox and R/F/K/S helical reducers to form 2/4/6/8-point synchronous lifting platform, realize uniform lifting without deflection.
